Connecting with Our Children: Why It is So Important and How We Can Strengthen It

- What do we mean by “connection” and its singificance.
- Connection: the condition for our child to want to cooperate with us
- Secure attachment: the initiation of attachment in the first year of life
- Empathy: the language of connection, the language with our children
- Creating safety so that our child can talk to us about everything that concerns them
- Tools to connect with our child with certified results
- Connecting with an older child, over the age of 10
- How to restore the connection after there is a tear in it
- What to do if our child is alienated or ‘closed’
- Small opportunities to connect during the day
- Parents’ questions, open floor to discussion
At Parenting’s Workshops our goal is to answer your questions about applying positive parenting in our everyday life.
On Friday 29/3 in the morning (10-12:30) or in the afternoon (17:30-20:00) at the Workshop “The Connection with our Child: Why it is so important and ways we can strengthen it,” will talk about how we can develop a warm, supportive relationship with our child.
The meeting is addressed to all parents of children aged 0-18 and is organized by the Parenting Team.
